1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of games available on the Meta Quest platform and on Steam from Adventurous Studios. By accessing or using these games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the games.

2. License

Adventurous Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the games for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the games for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Tampering with or interfering with the proper functioning of the games.
Attempting to access or use another user's data without permission.
Modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the games without the prior written consent of Adventurous Studios.

4. Game Updates and Modifications

Adventurous Studios may update, modify, or discontinue the games or any part of the games at any time without notice. Adventurous Studios is not liable for any changes to the games or any suspension or termination of your access to the games.

5. Safety

Your safety is important. Please ensure that you use Virtual Reality (VR) games in a safe environment, free from obstacles and hazards. Always follow the safety guidelines provided by your VR device manufacturer. Adventurous Studios is not liable for any injuries or property damage that may occur while using the games.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the games, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Adventurous Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Adventurous Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the games or the content included in them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventurous Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventurous Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the games.
Any unauthorized access to or use of Adventurous Studios' servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the games.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues transmitted to or through the games by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in content or any loss or damage resulting from use of content made available through the games.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

Adventurous Studios may revise these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page.

By continuing to access or use the games after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
